Subcommittees and Working Groups

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Committee created three subcommittees to support the Committee’s functions. All subcommittees will report their work and findings to the Committee for deliberation The FOIA Advisory Committee has subcommittees for the following areas:

• Fees
• Oversight and Accountability
• Proactive Disclosures

The Committee had a working group for the following area:

• FOIA Advisory Committee Bylaws
