I think you should have something in place that requires all persons engaging
in work on behalf of any entity to disclose your name clearly and your name
only when tendering correspondence. I’ve seen some weird undecipherable
stamps that looks like a millennials tattoo as well as undecipherable form
letters repeatedly signed by someone clearly not proofreading them.

I raised this to Bob Talebian via direct email, as I felt infamy or
prejudicial conduct should be able to be easily identified without searching
for the person. I think the implementation of this policy would improve
morale and increase productivity and aid in Inspections/OPR/Quality Reviews.
