External Affairs Liaison

Meg Phillips

Meg Phillips has been NARA's External Affairs Liaison since August 2013. She joined NARA in 2002 as a senior records analyst in the Mid Atlantic Region, and she is still based in Philadelphia. During the course of her NARA career Meg has served as the electronic records project manager and Electronic Records Archives (ERA) adoption coordinator for the Office of Regional Records Services, then from 2010 to 2013 as the electronic records lifecycle coordinator in the Office of Chief Operating Officer. Before joining NARA, Meg ran the archives and records management program for the American College of Physicians. She has a B.A. in history from Haverford College, an M.A. in history from the University of Chicago, and a MLS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
