Director, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program

Erica Pearson

Erica Pearson is the Director of the Equal Employment Opportunity Office. As Director, she is the principal advisor to the Archivist and Deputy Archivist on all EEO matters, and is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the agency's EEO program. Ms. Pearson works to ensure EEO statutes and regulations are implemented NARA-wide. The EEO programs include: EEO complaints, Anti-harassment, Disability, and Model EEO Compliance. Ms. Pearson holds a B.A. in Accounting and a M.A. in Human Resource Management.
