Valorie Findlater

Valorie Findlater became the Chief of Management and Administration in January 2025. She was previously NARA’s Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO). As the CHCO, she provided leadership and management of human capital planning, policy, program development and guides leadership in creating an environment that is conducive to strengthening the workforce's capacity to communicate, learn, collaborate and work together effectively. Valorie joined NARA in 2014. Prior to her current appointment, she served as the Director of Employee and Labor Relations, Performance Management and Benefits Division. Valorie holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica.
