Miscellaneous Tripartite Gold Commission Documents
The table below lists gold transaction summary ledgers for the periods 1932-1936 and 1940-1941, for the central banks of Argentina, Germany, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, and the Bank for International Settlements. These ledgers reflect gold custody transactions (deposits and withdrawals in aggregate), but do not necessarily reflect the purpose of the transactions, the counterparties, not details of the gold itself (e.g., refiner, etc.). These ledgers cannot be photocopied. They are available for review upon request at the Federal Reserve bank of New York.
