MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY CONTACTS: Issuance of Bulletin on Agency Records Officer Training Requirements

The attached NARA Bulletin assists Federal agency records officers in meeting Requirement 2.3 in the joint Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Directive M-12-18, Managing Government Records. This requirement applies only to the designated Federal agency records officer for each agency.
