Memorandum to Federal Records Management Contacts:  2024 Annual Move Transfer Requests in ERA 2.0

This communication is for federal agencies storing permanent records in NARA's Federal Records Centers (FRCs).

We are pleased to announce NARA is on target for upload of the 2024 Annual Move Transfer Requests (TRs) into ERA 2.0. This is scheduled to occur on October 1, 2023 and will be the first annual move upload of TRs into ERA 2.0. We anticipate this process will be successful, but if any complications arise that result in a delay we will notify affected agencies directly with details and next steps.

Please look for additional communications pertaining to the 2024 Annual Move beginning October 2, 2023.
