Memorandum to Federal Records Management Contacts: Release of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about Contact Lists Used for Email and Electronic Messaging Communications

I am pleased to announce the release of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about Contact Lists Used for Email and Electronic Messaging Communications.

This FAQ provides information for federal agencies on the record status of active directories and contact lists and appropriate measures for records management.
