The collection includes copies of official letters sent by F.W. Cline, secretary-treasurer, Kansas Town and Land Company, 1899-1904; J.F. Doty, secretary, KTL; the Chicago Kansas & Nebraska Land Company, 1888-90, and F.H. Kollock, president, Golden Belt Land Company. This edition includes copies of personal letters sent by Cline, 1893-1903 and miscellaneous agreements and contracts, 1889-1904. It also includes correspondence with surveys, land agents, county officials, bankers, railroad companies, and individuals concerning land plats, prices, sales, rentals, titles, taxes, town companies, and related matters.
