G Invoicing Status Update FY 24

To Our Valued Customers,

NARA’s financial management shared services provider, Administrative Resource Center, recently 
notified us that they are unable to successfully integrate our FRCP transactions in G- Invoicing. 
Therefore, NARA must delay the full implementation of G-invoicing for Fiscal Year 2024. We 
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Although we will not be completing Performance and Settlement in G-Invoicing, we can continue to 
broker GT&C’s and Orders in G-Invoicing or we can utilize legacy forms 7600A / 7600B.

The FRCP staff works diligently to provide high-quality, cost-effective records storage for our 
customers. We appreciate your partnership with us as we build on our shared commitment to 
preserving Federal records. We would be happy to discuss any concerns or questions you may have.
