Federal Records Centers Director of Customer Relationship Management Arthur Hawkins

Arthur Hawkins is based in College Park Maryland at Archives 2.  Arthur joined the National Archives and Records Administration in June of 2012 as a National Account Manager.  Arthur brings over 24 years of experience in the private sector including Sales , Sales Management, client, and customer relationship management to NARA.

Before Joining NARA, Arthur worked for 19 years at Hearst Broadcasting.  His background includes 14 years of Sales management and  5 years as an Account Executive with Hearst, 8 years of broadcast engineering with WFTY ( Now CW50) in Washington DC, WJZ TV 13 in Baltimore, and KYWTV3 in Philadelphia.
