On Writ of Certiorari to the Supreme ----------------- Court of the State of Delaware.
This cause came on to be heard on the transcript of the record from the Supreme --------------------------------- Court of the State of Delaware, -------------------- and was argued by counsel.
On consideration whereof, It is ordered and adjudged --------- by this Court that the judgment ------- of the said Supreme -------- Court, in this cause, be, and the same is hereby, ordering the immediate admission of the plaintiffs to schools previously attended only by white children, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed on the basis of the principles stated in the opinion of this Court of May 17, 1954.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this cause be, and the same is hereby, remanded to the Supreme Court of Delaware for such further proceedings as that court may deem necessary in the light of the opinion of this Court of May 31, 1955.
