Although a Bill of Rights was not originally included in our Constitution, the Founding Fathers wanted to assure states that, even with a strong Federal Government, the citizens were still in power. Take on the role of one of the members of the Constitutional Convention, and answer the hard questions that they faced: Should we include a Bill of Rights?
