Model United Nations Simulation

Eisenhower Presidential Library

Visitors Center Auditorium 200 SE 4th Street, Abilene, Kansas
Tuesday, July 9, 2024 - 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CDT

The next Evenings at Ease program is an academic simulation program on Tuesday, July 9 at 7 p.m. This free event is open to the public and will be held in the Visitors Center Auditorium at the Eisenhower Presidential Library.

Join us for an interactive program where participants model the United Nations and attempt to solve real world issues. This exercise will provide participants a deeper understanding of global issues during the Eisenhower Administration and how many of these issues still resonate today. In this shortened simulation, participants will be assigned to represent a select country. In accordance with their designated country's culture and policies, guests will collaborate with other nations and work toward a resolution.

The 2024 program series is made possible courtesy of the Eisenhower Foundation with generous support from the Jeffcoat Memorial Foundation.
