Highlights of the exhibit include: notes from Aaron Copland, American composer, and John Johnson, founding editor of Ebony magazine, accepting the White House invitation; a gown designed by Oleg Cassini, worn by Jacqueline Kennedy to the event; a menu with President Kennedy's handwritten notes for his toast; and gifts presented to President and Mrs. Kennedy by the Ivory Coast President.
