A Woman of Adventure: The Life and Times of First Lady Lou Henry Hoover

On Sunday, June 26, Annette B. Dunlap will give a talk at 2 pm in the Figge Auditorium on her new book, A Woman of Adventure: The Life and Times of First Lady Lou Henry Hoover. The program is free with paid admission to the museum. Copies of the book will be available for purchase in the museum store and Annette will be available after the program to sign copies.
Annette Dunlap has been a North Carolina-based freelance writer for over 30 years. She has written for a variety of publications, and has been a contributor to inspirational magazines, business publications, and White House History. Annette is the author several books, including her new biography of Lou Henry Hoover, A Woman of Adventure: The Life and Times of First Lady Lou Henry Hoover that will be released by the University of Nebraska Press on June 1.
