Classification 163: Foreign Police Cooperation

This classification was established to gather files on FBI investigative procedures that result from a request by a foreign police or intelligence agency. Most of the files include requests for information from Interpol, the International Criminal Police Organization, documents demonstrating Bureau cooperation with foreign governments in locating fugitives, and security checks relating to official foreign visitors to the United States and official U.S. visitors overseas.
