MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY CONTACTS: Results of Scheduling and Appraisal Services Customer Satisfaction Survey.

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) conducted an online scheduling and appraisal services customer satisfaction survey during May 2006. We have posted the results of this survey on our website at: http://www.archives.gov/records-mgmt/policy/survey-2006.html.

We will discuss the survey results at the next Bimonthly Records and Information Discussion Group (BRIDG) Meeting on Wednesday, October 18, 2006.
