MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY RECORDS OFFICERS: 2012 Customer Satisfaction Survey

The National Archives and Records Administration has opened the online 2012 Records Management Customer Satisfaction Survey to capture your opinions regarding NARA's records management services. Completion is voluntary, but we hope you will take the brief survey, as we will use your feedback to shape our services in the future. You must complete the survey by midnight, September 12.

To access the survey, go to: http://2012CustomerSatisfactionSurvey.questionpro.com. We estimate it will take between five to ten minutes to complete, but you will need to finish it once you started. (In other words, you can't start and then finish at a later time.)
