MEMORANDUM TO FEDERAL AGENCY CONTACTS: 2014 Customer Satisfaction Survey

The National Archives and Records Administration has opened the online 2014 Records Management Customer Satisfaction Survey to capture your opinions regarding NARA's records management services. Completion is voluntary, but we hope you will take the brief survey, as we will use your feedback to shape our services in the future. Attached to this message is a blank questionnaire for reference purposes only.

You will receive an email from LJ Divine (lj.divine@nara.gov) with a link to the survey tool. Once in the survey, you will find more detailed instructions on how to complete the survey. Please be aware of the following information before you enter your responses:

  • If you must exit the report before completing it, press the "Save and Continue" button. Otherwise, your previous responses will be erased and you will have to start over. Also, when you return to complete the survey, you will not be able to access your previous response.

  • If you would like to review and/or print your survey responses, click the "print" icon at the end of the survey. If you are unable to print your survey and would like a .pdf version of your survey responses, email lj.divine@nara.gov.

  • If you wish to change a survey response, you must submit your request via email tolj.divine@nara.gov. State the question, your current response, and the change you are requesting. No change requests will be accepted after 11:59 pm EDT, June 19, 2014.

You will have until 11:59 pm EDT, June 19, 2014, to provide responses in the online survey. We estimate it will take between five to ten minutes to complete.

We look forward to receiving your input! If you have any questions about the survey, please contact LJ Divine at lj.divine@nara.gov or (303) 604-4702.
