     Tribes. Copied from the original preliminary sketch compiled

     from the archives of the N.P.R.R. Exploration and survey,

     under the direction of Gov. I. I. Steve[ns] by J. Lambert,

     topographer of the expedition; Indian names and boundaries

     by G. Gibbs, 1853-4.
