National Archives to Open Additional Records Relating to Judge John Roberts

WHAT: Seventeen documents that total 81 pages from Record Group 60: Records of the Department of Justice, Files of Carolyn B. Kuhl will be released.

These documents, consisting of memoranda and other materials, were located in various folders in Ms. Kuhl's files during the processing of a FOIA request by the National Archives. Some of the documents may have been previously released from other files.

This release is part of an on-going process to review and make available materials from the holdings of the National Archives that relate to Judge John Roberts.
