The museum collection of the Presidential Libraries and Museums contain nearly 800,000 objects given to Presidents, their families, and administrations. There are many different types of artifacts, including gifts to the Presidents and First Ladies from foreign heads of state and the general public, works of art, political and personal memorabilia, White House artifacts, and other works related to the American Presidency.

Currently, only a selection of these artifacts are available to search from three Presidential Libraries and Museums. Additional records and images of artifacts are added to each Library’s digital artifact collection regularly. The National Archives is continuing to make additional Library collections available online. Please check back periodically for new entries and new online collections.
