During the three-year grant period the board will conduct a series of meetings with constituent groups in locations across the state to help the board identify ways to implement its statement of priorities. Reports will be published assessing needs within each of the board's priorities and defining recommended approaches to meet these needs. The meetings will also be designed to help the board expand its efforts to involve a wider range of institutions in the board's activities. (95-021)
