$77,044 to support two years of programming by the Arizona Historical Records Advisory Board to fund a regrant program of up to $20,000 for 8-14 projects; four free, day-long workshops on the basics of archives or emergency/disaster  preparedness; promotion of Archives Month through a poster and at least three public programs; scholarships; co-sponsor the annual statewide Arizona Archives Summit; and reach out to underserved repositories, including tribal archives to encourage them to participate in the Summit. Pimeria Alta Historical Society & Museum, Nogales, AZ
$325,000 to support a project to digitize and make publicly accessible the rich history of our southern border region since 1948. Archives include an extensive collection of photographs, historical documents, maps, newspapers and recorded information which tell the story of the Pimería Alta Area and the development of the American West. Coconino County, Flagstaff, AZ
$1,000,000 to support a project entitled "Enhancing Coconino County Recorder's Office through Digital Transformation of Historic Records," which is part of Coconino County's larger Coconino County Digital Transformation Initiative. Project staff will work with selected vendors to digitize and modernize Coconino County's historical and public records for public inquiry, access, examination, and use. (ED104702-23)

Arizona Corporation Commission, Phoenix, AZ
$132,355 to support a project to digitize and provide public access to docket information for evidentiary hearings on cases involving the regulation and oversight of regulated utilities, pipeline and railroad safety, and securities salespersons and investment management advisors. The Docket Control Office will digitize at least 899 rolls, approximately 5.6 million images, of the most frequently requested files. (RH-103571-23)
