At the Great Lakes Region, we have three Federal Records Center facilities:
- one in Chicago, Illinois
- two in Dayton, Ohio
Customer service is the most important element of our business, which is why we have dedicated staff at each facility to serve you and your agency's records service needs. As part of our commitment to you, our facilities provide the best in environmental controls and safeguards and meet all of the Federal records storage standards.
We use advanced fire suppression equipment and other structural standards to significantly improve the environment and safeguard your records.
