We post a set of documents that are available for you to review before they are printed in the Federal Register.

These documents are also on file at the Office of the Federal Register (OFR) and are scheduled to publish in the Federal Register on the dates listed.

If we experience technical difficulties with the electronic public inspection list lasting more than a few hours, we will update this temporary Public Inspection List.

Regular Filing Documents are routinely placed on file at 8:45 a.m. Eastern Time, for publication in the next day's Federal Register. Regular Filing documents are posted on the Electronic Public Inspection Desk.

Special Filing Documents are filed at other times and/or dates prior to publication. Special Filing documents are not yet available in electronic form.
