Executive Order 10654--Delegating certain functions of the President to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of the United States Code, and as President of the United States, it is ordered as follows:

The functions vested in the President by the third proviso of section 5 of the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act (68 Stat. 667; 16 U.S.C. 1005), relating to the transmittal to the Congress of copies of plans for certain works of improvement and the justifications therefore, are hereby delegated to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
