Instruction and Requirement for Organization Conflict of Interest (OCI) Mitigation Plan
Reference is made to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Electronic Record Archives (ERA) Draft Solicitation Number NAMA-03-R-0018.
In the event that your organization is performing tasks under an existing contract or planning to bid on NARA opportunities other than ERA that may generate a potential organizational conflict of interest, you are hereby notified that, if your firm plans to submit a proposal in response to the ERA Final Solicitation, either as a prime system integrator or under a subcontracting, consulting, or teaming arrangement, and you plan to submit a proposal on other NARA programs related to ERA, you must provide an OCI Mitigation Plan to the Contracting Officer for approval.
Your OCI plan must meet the requirements specified by NARA. These requirements are not listed on the NARA web site. These instructions and requirements will be forwarded to contractors who request this information via the e-mail address listed below. This plan must be in writing, approved by NARA, and operating effectively not later than (to be determined as required).
