John Russell Pope
In addition to the National Archives Building, architect John Russell Pope also designed other Washington, DC, structures including the National Gallery of Art, the Thomas Jefferson Memorial, the Masonic Temple of Scottish Rite, and the American Institute of Pharmacy Building.
